Duties:

• Represent clients in court and handle litigation matters from start to finish.
• Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring timely progression of cases.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, offering sound legal advice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strong case strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior legal staff, as needed.
• Stay current on changes in laws and legal precedents to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Valid Bar license in Oklahoma.
• At least 1 year of litigation experience, ideally in criminal defense law, family law, or civil litigation.
• Proven ability to advocate effectively in court.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Oklahoma (Required).
