A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Cheyenne, WY. The role involves managing a caseload of 25 to 30 personal injury cases from initiation through trial. The attorney will work closely with a dedicated paralegal and assist clients in navigating the civil justice system.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to trial.
• Supervise and collaborate with a full-time paralegal.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery and motions.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Wyoming.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proficiency in Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Wyoming.
