Transactional Real Estate Attorney - Partner Level

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Partner-Level Real Estate Attorney focused on real estate transactions in Orlando, FL. This remote position is ideal for attorneys serving developers, investors, lenders, or commercial landlords/tenants who desire the flexibility and resources of a remote firm.

Duties

• Handle commercial and residential transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
• Draft and review contracts, title documents, closing statements, and due diligence materials.
• Advise clients on deal structure, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Originate and sustain client relationships independently.

Requirements

• J.D. and active bar license (Texas or Florida preferred; other U.S. states considered).
• 8+ years of real estate transactional experience.
• Proven track record of handling complex closings and negotiations.
• Book of business or strong network for client development.
• Self-driven, organized, and responsive communicator.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license in Texas or Florida preferred.
