Duties

• Represent employers in labor and employment law, including compliance and workplace investigations.

• Perform legal research and monitor changes in labor and employment laws.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in labor and employment matters.
• Experience counseling clients on labor and employment laws.
• Understanding of federal and state labor laws, wage and hour law, and more.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
