Duties

• Represent employers in labor and employment law matters, including compliance and workplace investigations.
• Conduct internal investigations into employee complaints and regulatory issues.
• Draft and review employment-related documents, such as handbooks and agreements.
• Handle employment litigation, including claims under Employment Practices Liability Insurance.
• Perform legal research and monitor changes in labor and employment laws.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and support staff.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with other practice areas for comprehensive client solutions.

Education
