Location:

• Coral Gables, FL

Duties:

• Represent personal injury clients through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit, trial, and appeals

• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and try jury trials

• Attend compulsory medical examinations (CMEs)

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance representatives

• Maintain regular communication with clients to discuss strategy and updates

• Collaborate with internal legal team and support staff

• Ensure compliance with Florida legal standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 jury trials tried to verdict (experience in other practice areas may be considered)

• Demonstrated trial advocacy skills and a desire to litigate

• Self-directed with a strong sense of accountability

• Reliable home office setup for virtual meetings and hearings

• Comfort with structured workflows and legal systems

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Florida Bar, in good standing
