Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney for a full-time, remote position handling Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases. Duties

• Manage and litigate EPLI cases from inception to resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of residence.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
