A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to join its remote team in Cleveland, OH. Duties

• Travel extensively across Pennsylvania's 67 counties for administrative and court appearances.
• Represent clients at administrative hearings, trial court conferences, oral arguments, and evidentiary hearings.
• Participate in orientation, training sessions, and firm meetings, both in-person and virtually.
• Attend local and national industry conferences as requested.

Requirements

• Active admission to practice law in Pennsylvania with good standing.
• 2 to 4 years of litigation experience in a relevant legal field.
• Strong work ethic and a desire for opportunities that foster professional development.
• Ability to effectively manage a full caseload independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
