A law firm seeks an experienced associate to join their team in Boston, MA. Duties

  • Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage and resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed on case progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of legal strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of legal experience.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take on significant responsibility.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active attorney’s license in Massachusetts.
