Handle business immigration matters, including:
PERM labor certification applications
H-1B and L-1 visa petitions
Draft and review legal documents and filings for employment-based immigration cases
Manage communications with clients regarding strategy, documentation, and compliance
Conduct legal research and prepare memos and briefs on immigration law topics
Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex immigration cases
At least 2 years of business immigration experience
Experience with PERM, H-1B, and L-1 processes required
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Demonstrated commitment to client service and responsiveness
Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently and independently
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Strong academic record required
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
In good standing with the applicable state bar
Strong research and legal writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
