Duties

  • Educate clients through legal processes, ensuring they feel informed and empowered.
  • Stay current on Arizona family law trends and best practices.
  • If an LP: Operate independently within the bounds of your license.

Requirements

  • For Legal Paraprofessionals: Active Arizona LP license with family law authorization.
  • For Attorneys: Licensed to practice law in Arizona, with 1-5+ years of family law experience preferred.
  • Experience with litigation, mediation, or high-conflict cases is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to cloud-based platforms and remote tools.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for access to justice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) for Attorneys.
  • Relevant certification for Legal Paraprofessionals.

Certifications

  • Active Arizona LP license for Legal Paraprofessionals.
  • Arizona Bar license for Attorneys.
