Duties:

  • Take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts

  • Prepare for and participate in trials

  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel

  • Advise clients on legal options and progress throughout the litigation process

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation or insurance defense

  • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and strategies

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive legal team

  • Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Texas
