Job Overview:
A full-service Florida-based law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Naples office, focusing on community association law. This position is open to associate and partner-level candidates with at least 2–3 years of experience representing condominium and homeowners' associations. The role involves a combination of transactional and advisory work related to governance, vendor relations, document interpretation, and coordination with litigators on related claims. Relocation assistance and bar admission support are available for out-of-state candidates.

Location:

  • Naples, Florida

Duties:

  • Draft and interpret governing documents for condominium and homeowners' associations

  • Attend board and membership meetings

  • Review, draft, and revise vendor and service contracts

  • Advise association clients on covenant enforcement and day-to-day governance issues

  • Coordinate with litigators on legal claims involving the association

  • Provide legal guidance and strategic counsel to board members and property managers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of legal experience in community association law

  • Understanding of the litigation process and experience working alongside litigators

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently

  • Willingness to relocate to Florida, if not already located in the state

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Florida (required)

  • Candidates not currently admitted in Florida must be willing to pursue admission; bar-related expenses reimbursed

Skills:

  • Strong drafting and legal writing abilities

  • Excellent organizational and proofreading skills

  • High level of professionalism and client service orientation

  • Clear and confident verbal communication

  • Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams and clients
