Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate with gaming experience for its Chicago office. The role involves advising clients on licensing, regulation, compliance, and operational matters within the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in regulated gaming markets and be open to working in a hybrid environment.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel in regulated gaming markets.
• Assist clients with policy, regulatory compliance, and licensing matters.
• Manage or participate in gaming regulatory projects.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents.
• Take on significant project responsibility.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in gaming law.
• Strong academic background.
• Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar and/or Nevada Bar preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction preferred.
