Job Overview

A law firm seeks a civil litigation defense attorney to join its Las Vegas, NV office. The ideal candidate will develop experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Bar admission in Nevada is required, and California is a plus. The attorney will report to a partner and may handle their own cases.

Duties

• Handle court appearances, discovery, and depositions.
• Draft and argue motions and participate in mediations.
• Prepare for and participate in trials.
• Provide updates to clients and manage case files.

Requirements

• Bar admission in Nevada (required).
• Bar admission in California (preferred).
• Experience in civil litigation (preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar of Nevada license.
