Duties

• Review documentation related to MD and VA foreclosures for compliance with state and federal law.
• Communicate with clients and courts professionally and promptly.
• Attend court status hearings, mediations, and litigation.
• Manage a portfolio of title curative and litigation matters related to foreclosures and default issues.
• Prioritize and manage active files to exceed client timelines and expectations.
• Handle Virginia foreclosure pre-sale, post-sale, and accounting processes.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland and Virginia.
• High level of motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team player.
• Adaptability to change and focus on process improvement.

Education

• Juris Doctorate
• Maryland and Virginia Law License

Certifications

• Bar in Maryland and Virginia
