Duties

  • Handle federal tax matters, including transactional and tax controversy issues.
  • Engage in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and fund formations.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on multiple projects.
  • Provide excellent written and oral communication.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in federal tax matters.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy financing transactions preferred.
  • Experience with corporate finance transactions and general tax issues.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and self-motivation.
  • Commitment to client service and team success.

Education

  • JD from an accredited university.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
