Represent corporate clients in employment-based immigration matters
Prepare and manage cases including:
PERM labor certifications
H-1B visa petitions
L-1 visa applications
Communicate with government agencies and clients on filings and strategies
Draft detailed legal documents and review case materials
Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex immigration matters
Advise clients on immigration policies and compliance
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in business immigration law
Familiarity with the PERM process, H-1B, and L-1 visa classifications
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Client-focused approach and strong interpersonal communication skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Strong academic credentials preferred
Active and in good standing with the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
