Pre-Litigation Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal support and advice to injured clients
• Conduct client consultations to understand their concerns and legal needs
• Advise clients on appropriate actions and behaviors regarding their cases
• Develop strategies for resolving cases in a favorable manner
• Educate clients on legal options, potential outcomes, and associated risks
• Prepare and manage legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings, and contracts
• Assist clients with executing agreements and legal processes
• Stay informed on relevant state and federal laws, court rules, and legal procedures
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar
