Job Overview

Duties

• Draft primary deal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements, financing agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Engage in project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and lenders, focusing on renewable power and energy transition.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in project finance transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you will sit.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications
