Duties:

• Draft and provide insurance coverage opinions on a variety of liability and property insurance matters, addressing issues of varying complexity.

• Handle insurance defense litigation as part of a balanced caseload.

• Offer expert legal guidance to insurers regarding coverage decisions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and assess the scope of coverage in complex cases.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while handling client matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and defense litigation.

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado; additional licensure in other states is a plus.

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and writing abilities, with attention to detail in legal documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Colorado Bar (Required).

Skills:

• Expertise in insurance coverage law and defense litigation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
