Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Associate with at least four years of experience in tax credit matters for their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.

Duties

  • Advise clients on tax credit finance and development matters.
  • Collaborate with team members on real estate finance projects.
  • Conduct legal research and draft related documents.
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of tax credit experience.
  • Experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
  • Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
