Family Law Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Humble, Texas. This role involves managing family law cases from start to finish, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the firm's mission of delivering expert legal strategies.

Duties

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Two or more years of practicing family law in Texas; five or more years preferred.
• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Solid research and writing skills.
• Passion for conducting hearings, mediations, and consults.
• Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.
• Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
• Experience in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
