Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Estate Planning Attorney to work remotely, available during Colorado working hours. The role involves leading client consultations, explaining estate planning options clearly, and helping families make informed decisions. Duties

• Lead estate planning consultations via Zoom.
• Explain legal concepts in simple terms.
• Guide clients through the planning process.
• Coordinate client onboarding and handoffs.
• Engage in community events and webinars.
• Suggest process improvements for client experience.
• Document meetings and actions in CRM.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the U.S.
• Minimum 5 years of active legal practice.
• Eligible to obtain a Colorado law license.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Proficient in technology (Zoom, CRM, Google Workspace).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
