Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Healthcare Associate to join its Life Sciences Team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The successful candidate will contribute to regulatory work and support key clients in the healthcare industry, leveraging their expertise in life sciences law.

Duties

  • Provide regulatory advisory services and contract review.
  • Engage in transactional work, including M&A and IPOs.
  • Ensure FDA compliance for drugs, biologics, and medical devices.
  • Advise on OIG, CMS, and DOJ matters affecting life sciences.
  • Design and implement compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with clients and legal teams effectively.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm.
  • Experience in life sciences law and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • North Carolina Bar admission required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in North Carolina.

Skills

  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with clients and business teams.
  • Strong academic record.
