Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Litigation Attorney in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in real estate litigation and a strong track record of favorable client outcomes. Duties

• Lead real estate litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Represent clients in real estate and business disputes.
• Handle commercial and residential property disputes.
• Navigate landlord-tenant conflicts and property rights issues.
• Guide clients through zoning and land use litigation.
• Manage paralegals, clerks, and other assistants.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Appear on behalf of clients at real estate closings and disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney.
• Prior real estate litigation experience required.
• Admission to practice in California is required.
• Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education

• Juris Doctor required.

Certifications

• Active CA Bar License in good standing required.
