Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Partner-Level Real Estate Attorney to join their remote team in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is ideal for attorneys specializing in real estate transactions who desire the flexibility and resources of a remote practice.

Duties

  • Handle commercial and residential transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft and review contracts, title documents, closing statements, and due diligence materials.
  • Advise clients on deal structure, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Originate and sustain client relationships independently.

Requirements

  • J.D. and active bar license (Texas or Florida preferred; other U.S. states considered).
  • 8+ years of real estate transactional experience.
  • Proven track record of handling complex closings and negotiations.
  • Book of business or strong network for client development.
  • Self-driven, organized, and responsive communicator.

Education

  • Doctor of Law (J.D.)

Certifications

  • Active bar license in Texas or Florida preferred.
