Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Knowledge of arbitration procedures and civil procedure.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration and negotiation.
