Job Overview:
A well-established boutique law firm based in Dade City, Florida is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its team with a long-term vision for leadership and potential firm ownership. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about community-based legal work and ready to grow into a leadership role in family law, elder law, estate planning, and probate. Location:

  • Dade City, Florida

Duties:

  • Manage a diverse caseload in family law, elder law, estate planning, and probate

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents

  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and related proceedings

  • Maintain consistent and compassionate client communication

  • Collaborate with a small legal team to enhance firm operations and client services

  • Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

  • 1–5 years of relevant legal experience preferred

  • Demonstrated interest in family law, estate planning, or elder law

  • Willingness to grow professionally and take on leadership responsibilities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Florida Bar license required

Skills:

  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy

  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable using legal software including Clio, WealthCounsel, and Microsoft Office 365

  • Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal communication

  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and adaptable to a collaborative team environment
