Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Debt Finance Associate Attorney in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting secured and unsecured debt finance transactions. This role involves working with both company and lender-side clients on mid-market and larger transactions across various industries.

Duties

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex debt finance transactions.
• Manage project workstreams and produce client-ready documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups.
• Engage in business development and participate in professional organizations.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of law firm experience in debt finance transactions.
• Experience with sponsor-backed M&A and intercreditor issues preferred.
• Active membership in or commitment to applying to the Oregon or Washington State Bar.

Education

• JD from an accredited university.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in Oregon or Washington.
