Duties

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of law firm experience in debt finance transactions.
  • Experience with sponsor-backed M&A and intercreditor issues preferred.
  • Active membership in or commitment to applying to the Oregon or Washington State Bar.

Education

  • JD from an accredited university.

Certifications

  • Active Bar membership in Oregon or Washington.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and documentation skills.
