Duties

  • Lead and manage legal matters in core practice areas such as Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to drive business development and growth.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services across multiple disciplines.
  • Manage and mentor junior attorneys, promoting professional development and teamwork.
  • Contribute to the firm’s strategic initiatives and community involvement.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in legal practice with demonstrated ability to generate business and lead teams.
  • Expertise in one or more core practice areas: Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and complex legal matters.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster a team-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar in at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.

Skills

  • Business development and client relationship management.

  • Ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively across practices.
