Duties

• Handle legal matters in commercial law, including property, contract, and corporate cases

• Manage a varied caseload independently and collaboratively

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and legal opinions

• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and transactional matters

• Travel periodically for client meetings and legal proceedings as needed

• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain excellent case management practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of legal practice experience preferred (law students and new attorneys will be considered)

• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent legal service

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently

• Willingness to relocate to Billings, Montana

• Ability to travel occasionally for professional responsibilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Montana, or eligibility to obtain licensure
