Duties

• Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Advise on wealth transfer strategies and charitable organizations.
• Manage trust and probate administration and controversies.
• Provide general business transaction advice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to the Missouri bar.
• Ability to work independently and productively.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Education
