Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• Draft and respond to motions
• Present oral arguments in court
• Negotiate and settle personal injury claims
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases effectively

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Admittance to the Texas State Bar
• Minimum of three years of experience in personal injury law
• Experience drafting and responding to legal motions
• Proven experience in presenting oral arguments
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Strong negotiation skills with personal injury case settlements
• Excellent work ethic and team collaboration skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (Admittance to the Texas State Bar)
