Job Overview

A law firm seeks an entry-level Associate Attorney in Missouri or Kansas. The successful candidate will engage in various aspects of civil litigation and client representation.

Duties

• Participate in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare written discovery and responses.
• Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and case evaluations.
• Appear in court for hearings, arguments, and conferences.
• Develop litigation strategies and evaluate cases to meet client needs.

Requirements

• 2025 law school graduate.
• Sat for the July 2025 bar exam in Missouri or Kansas, with results pending.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Bar exam results pending in Missouri or Kansas.
