Duties

  • Develop referrals and business opportunities through client relationships and community presence.
  • Work collaboratively with the litigation team on strategy and case preparation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense).
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota.
  • Excellent oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
  • Proven success in No-Fault arbitrations, discovery practice, and pretrial litigation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate with clients from all walks of life.
  • Interest in long-term growth with a trial-oriented, client-first practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
