Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Cheyenne, WY. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to assisting clients through the civil justice system. This role involves managing a caseload from initiation through trial, with the support of a full-time paralegal.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 to 30 cases.
• Supervise and collaborate with an assigned paralegal.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Engage in motions practice and court appearances.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Wyoming.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proficiency in Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Wyoming.
