Location:

Duties:

• Oversee and manage general liability cases from inception to resolution.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver effective legal solutions.
• Meet the billable hours requirement of 1800 hours annually.
• Participate in leadership opportunities across multiple offices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and strategic direction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of partner-level experience in general liability law.
• Ability to independently manage case files, client relationships, and carrier communications.
• Strong experience in litigation and legal strategy development.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Excellent professional references and a stable work history.
• Member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (required).
