Duties

Requirements

  • Graduated top 20% of law school class.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Idaho and Washington, or able to obtain licensure within 30 days.
  • No state bar disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.
  • Pass a background check.
  • At least 2 years of relevant business law experience.
  • Litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Education
