Duties

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy under supervision of senior attorneys.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams.
• Assist in trial preparation and participate in settlement negotiations.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong familiarity with California civil procedure and court rules.
• Prior law firm experience handling business disputes preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar.
