Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Strong familiarity with California civil procedure and court rules.
  • Prior law firm experience handling business disputes preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active member of the California State Bar.
