Job Overview

Duties

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Engage in law and motion practice.

• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate, construction, and/or landlord/tenant law preferred.
• Familiarity with California civil procedure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Real estate broker's license is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission (Required).

Skills

• Legal drafting: 5 years (Preferred).
• Legal research: 5 years (Preferred).
