A law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level associate attorney in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in family law, with significant experience in client interaction, legal research, and drafting legal documents. Extensive knowledge in all areas of family law and divorce is essential, with the ability to manage cases from consultation to trial.

Duties

• Handle full case responsibilities, including discovery and trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft letters, memorandums, declarations, briefs, and motions.
• Organize casework and maintain deadlines across multiple cases.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and delegate tasks as needed.
• Foster relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of solid family law experience.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Nevada.
• Knowledge of Nevada judicial procedures and rules of evidence.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Adobe DC, and Google Chrome.
• Experience with Clio Practice Management preferred.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved school.

Certifications

• Licensed in the State of Nevada.
