Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking to add multiple pre-litigation attorneys to their expanding injury practice. These positions are ideal for individuals with a passion for personal injury law, and working as part of a dynamic team in a growing environment. This role focuses on handling and managing cases through the pre-litigation phase, working closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to ensure the swift resolution of cases.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100 pre-litigation cases with the support of a dedicated team.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to facilitate case resolutions.
• Collaborate with managing attorneys to receive guidance and mentorship throughout the process.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and ensure proper breakdown of settlements.
• File suit and serve defendants’ petitions when appropriate, with approval for litigation.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in the state of Texas or awaiting Texas/UBE bar results.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients, adjusters, and medical providers.
• A commitment to achieving quick and efficient results for clients while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Texas (or awaiting results).
