Duties

• Represent clients in virtual hearings before government agencies such as the CIA, NSA, DoD, and TSA.
• Prepare and draft legal documents for clients concerning Security Clearance and Military matters.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
