Duties

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications related to electrical, software, or computer science technologies.
  • Engage in patent preparation and prosecution activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning patents preferred.
  • Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
