Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Attorney in San Francisco, CA, to join their team. The firm specializes in representing non-profit housing providers in managing supportive and subsidized housing. Duties

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft discovery requests and motions.
• Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients and maintain detailed client records.
• Analyze and manage cases from intake to conclusion.
• Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Bar exam completion.
