Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney to join its South Miami, FL office. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience and will engage in a variety of real estate transactions within a dynamic legal environment. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and develop expertise in real estate law.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and deeds.
• Conduct due diligence, title examinations, and surveys.
• Manage real estate closings from start to finish.
• Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property disputes.
• Assist in the formation and governance of real estate entities.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff for client service.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission in good standing to the Florida Bar.
• 0-4 years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of real estate law principles.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
