Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience to join its Employee Benefits practice in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and expertise in advising on employee benefits and executive compensation issues in M&A transactions.

Duties

  • Advise on employee benefits and executive compensation issues in M&A transactions.
  • Design, draft, and operate executive employment, nonqualified deferred compensation, and equity compensation plans and agreements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of law firm experience in employee benefits.
  • Strong skills in advising on executive compensation issues.
  • Bar membership is required.

Education

  • Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

  • Bar membership.

  • Expertise in M&A transactions related to employee benefits.
