Duties

• Handle cases involving state, federal, and international data privacy laws.
• Defend data breach class actions, privacy torts, and statutory claims.
• Engage in trial preparation and courtroom activities, including motion practice and depositions.
• Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active California Bar license.
• Experience with CCPA/GDPR and related privacy laws.
• Proficiency in defending data breach and privacy-related cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar license.
