Corporate Law Attorney

A law firm in New York City is seeking a Corporate Law Attorney with portable business and significant experience in corporate law.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate law matters to clients.
• Draft and review various corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law issues.
• Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and other legal proceedings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals in the corporate sector.

Requirements:

• Portable business.
• Significant experience as a Corporate Law Attorney.
• Admission to the State Bar in New York or eligibility for admission.
• Strong understanding of corporate law principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters and transactions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Education/Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in New York or ability to become licensed.
• Certification in Corporate Law preferred.
